Rebecca Bayer is a multidisciplinary artist living on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
Her work is inspired by elemental themes that embrace the sharing of knowledge and beauty, and acknowledge local geographies and geologies in seeking interconnections between communities and their built and natural environments.
She teaches part-time at Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
